INFUSE in Spain seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of internal systems and business processes. You will blend project management, analytical, and soft skills to analyze and improve processes at department and company levels and communicate directly with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project management, strong organizational abilities, and experience with AI-driven product or process improvements. English at B2 level is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong organizational and delivery skills.
• Experience in business process analysis or product workflow buildup.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and both business and technical stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Experience with AI in products or processes.
• English level at least B2.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end internal project lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions.
• Bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with product, design, development, and other teams for timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor KPIs and project outcomes.
• Lead business process implementation into workflows.
• Analyze data to support decisions.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.
• Stay aware of industry trends and best practices.
• Identify improvement opportunities across teams.
