Infuse is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of new internal systems and business processes. The role blends project management with process optimization and direct communication with stakeholders to drive improvements across the team.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in project management, strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience applying AI to products or processes. English proficiency at B2 level is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills.
• Experience in business process analysis or product workflow buildup is a must.
• Data-driven decision-making experience.
• Experience with AI in products or processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• English at least B2.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end internal project lifecycles from requirements to delivery.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify needs and translate them into requirements.
• Bridge business and technical stakeholders ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams for timely delivery.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and propose mitigations.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across project phases.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with objectives and outcomes.
• Lead business process implementation and adoption within workflows.
• Analyze data to support decisions and proposed solutions.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
