Omya is seeking an IT Project Manager in Barcelona to lead IT and digitalization projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will drive CRM initiatives (Salesforce or equivalent), data migrations, and system integrations, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams. Hybrid work model offered to support work-life balance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, project management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering IT and digitalization projects on time and within budget.
• PMO or similar certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) are appreciated.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Define objectives, scope, deliverables, and detailed plans (timeline, budget, risks).
• Manage resources and ensure efficient allocation.
• Lead and motivate the project team, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, monitor performance, costs, risks, and apply corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and support UAT.
• Prepare status updates, reports, and final closure documentation.
• Facilitate delivery of outputs to clients and service owners.
