Omya Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead CRM/MarTech initiatives within Sales & Marketing. You will define objectives, manage resources, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires proven experience in CRM platforms and a strong focus on adoption and business impact. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in IT project management, hands-on Salesforce/Marketing Cloud experience, and excellent communication skills to engage Sales Ops,

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Business/PM.
• 5+ years of experience delivering IT and digital projects.
• PMO certification or similar would be appreciated.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and detailed plans (timeline, budget, risks).
• Manage resources (team, budget, equipment) and ensure efficient allocation.
• Lead and motivate the project team, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication.
• Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and apply corrective actions.
• Ensure quality standards compliance and support UAT.
• Prepare project status updates, reports, and final closure documentation.
• Facilitate delivery of project outputs to clients and service owners.
