Omya is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead Sales and Marketing IT projects, focusing on CRM enhancements (Salesforce and related platforms) in live environments. You will drive project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in sales pipelines and marketing effectiveness.

The role requires 5+ years managing IT projects with direct Sales & Marketing impact, hands-on Salesforce experience, and strong stakeholder management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience with delivery on time and within budget.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) are a plus.
• Experience delivering CRM/MarTech projects and data migration.

Responsabilidades

• Define project objectives, scope, and plan with timeline, budget, and risks.
• Manage resources and ensure efficient allocation of team and equipment.
• Lead and motivate project team, assign tasks, and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage expectations with clear communication.
• Monitor performance, costs, risks, and apply corrective actions as needed.
• Support UAT and prepare project status updates and closure documentation.
