Omya Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead HR IT initiatives in Barcelona. You will drive core HRIS/HCM, payroll, talent, and workforce management projects, coordinating IT and HR stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable digital HR solutions.

The role requires strong PM discipline, experience with HR processes, and the ability to align IT capabilities with business needs in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects with direct impact on HR systems and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR information systems or related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and detailed plans (timeline, budget, risks).
• Manage resources (team, budget, equipment) and ensure efficient allocation.
• Lead and motivate the project team, assign tasks and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication across IT and business.
• Monitor project performance, costs, risks, dependencies and apply corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and GDPR/regulatory requirements.
