• University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in systems administration, networks, IT infrastructure or related tech environments.
• Good communication, able to convey information clearly to technical and non-technical professionals.
• English level: intermediate-advanced, both spoken and written.

At Palatin, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join the technology area of an international company in the industrial sector in Barcelona. The position is aimed at professionals with experience in Systems, Networks or IT Infrastructure who want to continue their professional journey in coordinating technology projects. You will work in contact with different departments and specialized teams, participating in initiatives to evolve and improve the company's systems.

You will participate in technology evolution initiatives, collaborating in organizing activities and coordinating the different teams involved. You will facilitate communication between IT departments, business areas and other stakeholders, helping to convey needs and keep expectations aligned. You will monitor the progress of assigned initiatives, following up on milestones, dependencies and pending tasks. You will identify potential incidents, deviations or difficulties during execution, collaborating in finding solutions and alternatives. You will prepare documentation and progress reports to keep managers informed and facilitate decision-making.

Требования:

University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline. At least 2 years of experience in systems administration, networks, IT infrastructure or similar technology environments. Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical professionals and convey information clearly. Intermediate-advanced level of English, both spoken and written. Essential. Organizational skills, collaboration, results orientation and adaptability to different priorities and needs.
