BETWEEN Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Data & Supply Chain to lead a global Data & IT transformation within Services Supply Chain. You will drive planning, governance, and execution with international teams, focusing on cost control towers and operational data insights.

Excellent English is required for this high-visibility role in a hybrid on-site model near Sant Cugat del Vallès. You will collaborate with IT, Data, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance leaders.

Qualifications

• High professional level of English, both spoken and written.
• Solid experience as a Senior Project Manager, managing complex, high-visibility projects.
• Demonstrable experience leading Data and/or IT transformation projects.
• Experience in project governance, risk management and senior stakeholder management, including interaction with Director and VP profiles.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance/Controlling or cost management and analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead a complex Data/IT transformation project from start to finish, from planning through implementation and deployment.
• Manage the project plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, resources and deliverables.
• Establish project governance and lead executive reviews and reporting with senior stakeholders, including Director and VP profiles.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and international IT, Data, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of the Digital Twin / Operational Cost Control Tower.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, operational processes and the technology solution.
• Understand Supply Chain operations and their main cost drivers to effectively guide project teams.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and mitigation plans, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Ensure that the solution provides a reliable view of current operating costs and future forecasts.
