Job summary

Randstad Digital España is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end software and systems integration projects for external clients in pharma and life sciences. You will drive scope, timelines, costs, and quality while maintaining strong executive relationships.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, apply Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery, ensure GMP/ISO compliance with the Quality team, and contribute to PMO standards in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an IT Project Manager role with external clients.
• Proven experience in IT systems integration, SaaS, pharma/life sciences.
• Fluent English, C1 or native; ability to lead international technical meetings.
• Experience implementing software for pharma (eBR preferred); BI/Data Warehouse knowledge.
• Proficient in Agile/Waterfall and Jira; willingness to travel.

Manage software and IT systems integration projects end to end, ensuring scope, timelines, costs, quality and customer satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for external clients, leading key meetings, managing expectations, tracking milestones and proactively resolving risks and escalations. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Quality, Customer Success), aligning dependencies, priorities and deliverables. Implement Agile/Scrum delivery practices or hybrid frameworks (ceremonies, backlog and roadmap management using Jira). Ensure technical and business requirements meet pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations (GMP and ISO frameworks) in collaboration with the Quality team. Contribute to PMO standards, governance and methodologies in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

At least 5 years of experience specifically in an IT Project Manager role (internal or external profile), managing projects from start to finish and with demonstrable direct experience dealing with external clients. Solid, demonstrable experience in IT systems integration projects, SaaS environments and the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences sector. Fluent English is essential (at least C1 or native), with demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and international technical meetings. Experience implementing software for the pharmaceutical industry, preferably eBR (electronic Batch Record), and knowledge of Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse concepts. Proficiency in Agile / Waterfall methodologies and expert use of Jira. Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings or visits.
