Job summary

Robson Bale Ltd in Zaragoza, Spain, is seeking an onsite IT/OT support engineer to install and service thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment. You will support global IT teams locally and participate in incident, change, and problem management.

The role requires a bachelor's in IT or engineering, experience in regulated environments with industrial IT systems (SCADA/PLC), strong networking, ITIL knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish.

• Local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams
• Troubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks)
• Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments
• Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based)
• Compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures
• Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or related field
• Experrience of IT/OT support experience in regulated environments
• Experience with industrial IT systems, SCADA/PLC, and lab software
• Networking knowledge (VLAN, Firewall, Routing)
• ITIL process knowledge; ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing
• Database Troubleshooting Experience MSSQL
• Available for onsite support and 24/7 on-call rotation
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Candidate must declare Criminal Record no older than 3 months.
