PropHero is seeking an IT Operations Analyst Internship in Madrid to be the internal first point of contact for day-to-day IT and workplace support across the company. You will resolve device, account, and access issues quickly and build tooling and documentation to prevent recurring problems, while working within the DevOps/Security standards.

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Comfortable troubleshooting Windows and macOS; solid networking knowledge.
• Service-oriented, good communicator, proactive.

Responsabilidades

• End-user & workplace support: triage, resolve, and track requests; coordinate with vendors when needed; inform users until closure.
• Device lifecycle: provision, configure, maintain, and retrieve laptops via MDM/zero-touch enrollment.
• Identity & access: manage joiner-mover-leaver actions, create/deactivate accounts, manage SSO group membership, provide/withdraw SaaS access.
• License & tooling administration: inventory SaaS licenses, reclaim unused seats, flag unmanaged/shadow IT.
• Security hygiene support: assist endpoint baseline compliance, MFA enrollment, and security-awareness campaigns under the security owner.
