Job&Talent is seeking a proactive IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our Madrid team. You will be the go-to person for ensuring employees have the tools, support, and guidance they need to work efficiently and securely.

You will handle day-to-day IT issues and manage infrastructure including network connectivity, endpoint security, and device management, collaborating with the global team to streamline processes and enhance the IT experience.

Formación

• Experience with helpdesk and desktop support in a corporate environment.
• Ability to handle pressure and priorities effectively.
• Good automation skills or working towards this.
• Excellent communication with all stakeholders.
• Understanding of Local Area Networking including WiFi and related security concepts.
• Experience managing connectivity in small sites, firewalls, switches, APs.
• Experience supporting Okta, Google Workspace, Tempworks or ATS.
• Enthusiastic about technology and adaptable to change.
• Excellent documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Helpdesk Tickets
• IT support for office infrastructure - WiFi, Network Connectivity
• Manage devices through WorkspaceOne
• Manage Endpoint Security through Carbon Black
• Onboard and Offboard users
• Image laptops and wipe laptops according to procedures
• Keep records of assets up to date
• Collaborate with the global team to streamline IT operating procedures.
