Johnson Controls in Madrid is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver end‑user support, troubleshoot devices, and participate in global IT projects. You will handle incident requests, support Windows, O365, Azure, and Intune, and work with vendors. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; a structured, proactive work style is expected.

This role offers exposure to a worldwide team and opportunities to contribute to safer, smarter buildings. It is a full-time on-site position in Madrid.

Formación

• 3+ years as IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Proactive, structured approach with clear task prioritization.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provide level 2 end-user support and handle ticket queue.
• Troubleshoot Windows and applications and resolve incidents.
• Replace computers and support hardware lifecycle tasks.
• Collaborate with local/global IT teams and vendors.
• Support projects with partners and manage end‑of‑lease devices.
