Confidential Careers seeks an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the infrastructure team in Barcelona and define the technical strategy for availability, security and performance of our systems and network. You will oversee cloud/hybrid environments, lead migrations, and coordinate with development, operations and business teams to ensure infrastructure readiness and compliance with SLAs.

7+ years in IT infrastructure, systems or network administration.
Experience leading infrastructure or IT operations teams.
Experience managing budgets and technology vendors.
Cloud migration or hybrid infra projects knowledge is valuable.

Responsabilidades

Lead and develop the IT infrastructure team, including hiring and reviews.
Define and maintain the infrastructure strategy and roadmap (servers, storage, network, cloud and on-prem).
Ensure availability, performance and security of systems and network, with monitoring and incident management.
Plan and lead cloud migration, hybrid infra and DR projects.
Manage the infrastructure budget and negotiate with providers and vendors.
Define and enforce security policies in coordination with security team.
Oversee asset lifecycle and capacity planning.
Coordinate with dev/ops/business teams to support new projects.
