Schneider Electric is seeking a Business Partner in its IT team, based in Barcelona. The role bridges business demands with infrastructure capabilities, coordinating requirements and defining costed solutions.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with global teams to support internal and client projects. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a similar role, strong infrastructure knowledge, and fluent English, with experience using Jira and ServiceNow.

Formación

• +5 years in a similar position.
• Fluent level of English.
• Knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving Business Demands: act as the primary point of contact for business units and gather their requirements.
• Analyzing Infrastructure Requirements: assess the infrastructure needs with architects to define optimal solutions.
• Defining Solutions and Costs: design new solutions and determine associated costs with architects.
• Managing Recharge Agreements: handle financial aspects to ensure cost recovery.
• Project Handover: transition the project to delivery teams for implementation.
• Build and Maintain Relationships: establish and maintain relationships with entity-based customers.
• Engage in Strategy Discussions: participate in business-level strategy discussions and communicate infrastructure messages.
• Coordinate Requirements: coordinate development, review, and validation of requirements for new projects, tools, or applications.
