Job summary

Pharma company in Barcelona seeks a Communications Engineer & Project Manager to supervise enterprise communications services, lead technology projects, and manage the area budget. The role liaises with vendors, carriers, security, and technical teams to ensure service quality and strategic execution.

Requirements include a Computer Bachelor degree, English and Spanish proficiency, and 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud service management, and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
• ITIL or PMO training is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud and infrastructure service management models.
• Knowledge of outsourcing and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate enterprise communications services from external providers.
• Lead technology projects and manage the area budget.
• Coordinate with functional teams, service providers, security and technical teams.
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and service quality.
• Define and evolve the company’s enterprise communications and connectivity strategy.
