gategroup seeks an IT Digital Learning & Communications Specialist to design, develop, and publish engaging digital learning content for Group IT technologies and initiatives. You will transform complex IT topics into accessible eLearning materials and AI-assisted videos to drive adoption.

Collaborating with IT SMEs and stakeholders, you will support IT communications campaigns, maintain SharePoint content, and contribute to town halls and newsletters to strengthen employee engagement with IT

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Education or training in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or related disciplines preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, eLearning development, multimedia production, or related fields, preferably IT/tech.
• Experience developing internal communications and campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience translating complex technical information into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and publish engaging digital learning content, including eLearning courses and multimedia materials.
• Transform existing IT training materials into clear, accessible digital learning experiences.
• Create AI-assisted video and multimedia content for IT learning and adoption.
• Collaborate with IT experts to translate complex topics into engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Monitor learning content effectiveness using feedback and engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
• Develop IT communications and adoption campaigns for technology launches and digital transformation.
• Manage and maintain the Group IT SharePoint presence and ensure content is up-to-date.
• Coordinate content for IT town halls, newsletters, and employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to align IT communications with corporate standards.
