Job summary

Novartis Farmacéutica, S.A. is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the DD&IT Enablement & Adoption team by creating engaging learning content, training materials, videos, and digital experiences that help associates adopt new technologies.

The role requires 5+ years in learning and development, strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint skills, experience with Camtasia, and excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field.
• 5+ years in learning content development, training delivery, or digital enablement.
• Strong MS 365, SharePoint content mgmt and Teams facilitation.
• Experience creating eLearning content and training videos (Camtasia).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engaging learning content and training materials.
• Deliver virtual training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with project managers to track deliverables and progress.
• Create and manage user guides, SOPs, and knowledge resources.
• Support learning analytics and ensure accurate LMS records.
• Produce digital learning assets and maintain SharePoint knowledge hubs.
