Amazon seeks an ISX Partner Coach, RLS, to lead in-store returns improvements across Spain’s partner locations. You will field-train partner teams, monitor performance, and deploy scalable programs that raise the standard for returns processing and customer experience.

You’ll work in a founding-team capacity, shaping how EU field practices translate into lasting, scalable improvements, with frequent travel within Spain to partner sites and stores.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in operations, field operations, or retail/logistics.
• Ability to coach, influence, and manage performance across a partner network.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments with high ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the in-store returns experience across partner locations, ensuring fast, easy, reliable customer service.
• Visit partner sites, observe processes, and coach teams to Amazon standards for speed and accuracy.
• Use performance data to identify underperforming sites and focus improvement efforts.
• Lead rollout of scalable programs across networks and shape EU-wide standards from field insights.
• Build foundations as a founding team member, shaping audits, coaching, and reporting processes.
