Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking an EU EXR Business Partner to shape employee experience and labor relations for OPS Central Functions & RME Tech across Europe. You will advise senior leaders on regulatory compliance and risk, and drive scalable EXR strategies in a pan-EU context.

The role requires multi-country EU exposure, strong data-driven analytics, and the ability to influence at the highest levels while aligning with Amazon's EXR standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in Employee Experience / Labor Relations with multi-country EU exposure.
• Fluency in English and demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own end-to-end employee relations strategies across EU operations.
• Advise VPs and senior leaders on labor relations risk, compliance, and employee experience.
• Identify EU-wide risks using data, audits, and workforce analytics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement EXR programs.
• Lead organizational change initiatives with a focus on regulatory alignment.
