Amazon is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager in Barcelona to advise and operate with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across Spain. The role focuses on safety, performance, and growth, supporting DSPs from launch to scale and aligning with internal stakeholders to improve DSP sentiment and capacity.

The DPM collaborates with OTR, PAR, VAS, Legal, Fleet, and Network Health teams to remove obstacles, drive value, and ensure successful delivery operations within AMZL.

Formación

• Fluent written and spoken Spanish required.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsabilidades

• Safety: Partnering with OTR Safety to ensure compliance.
• Guide DSP owners as they scale and manage operations.
• Onboard and launch net-new DSPs and prepare for peak periods.
• Coach owners to run compliant, safe and high‑performing businesses.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements at network level.
• Develop and maintain the relationship between Amazon and DSP partners.
