Job summary

ISpeedToLead Inc. is seeking a Financial Director to own the full finance function with a strong focus on the US market.

You will ensure accurate, compliant numbers and build the financial foundation needed for IPO readiness, enabling the CEO to make fast, informed decisions with clear visibility. You will lead P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reporting, manage cash runway, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning while collaborating with US accountants and advisors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in senior finance roles (Finance Director / CFO-scale)
• Proven IPO/pre-IPO reporting, audit readiness, and controls experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with the US market, finance, accounting, and regulatory basics
• Background in fast-growing IT/startup environments with rapid change
• Proficient financial modelling and analysis in Excel/Sheets; AI-driven reporting
• Upper-intermediate+ English required for daily US partner communication and documentation

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide financial management focusing on US operations and compliance
• Develop executive-level reporting for P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
• Manage cash runway and payment calendar to keep the business stable and scalable
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling for growth decisions
• Collaborate with external US accountants, auditors, and tax advisors
• Drive IPO/pre-IPO readiness through improved reporting, controls, and discipline
• Advise leadership on investments, expansion plans, and cost efficiency
