The Pacha Group in Ibiza is seeking an experienced financial reporting professional to drive group reporting, consolidation, and IPO readiness. You will coordinate with external auditors, support statutory disclosures, and ensure IFRS and Spanish GAAP alignment across multi-entity structures.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years in finance, strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and a hands-on, collaborative approach within a lean finance team.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in financial reporting, audit or technical accounting
• Experience with group consolidation and multi-entity reporting environments
• Exposure to IPO readiness or public company reporting is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and support for audits
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish

Responsabilités

• Assist in monthly financial reporting packages for group reporting and internal management
• Support group consolidation and alignment between management and statutory reporting
• Prepare statutory financial statements and related disclosures per applicable standards
• Ensure IFRS reporting aligns with internal management reporting
• Perform balance sheet reviews and financial analysis for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate and support external audit processes and audit documentation
• Support IPO readiness initiatives and improvements of reporting processes
• Collaborate with accounting and controlling teams to ensure timely delivery of financial information
