iSpeedToLead in Madrid, on-site, seeks a Chief Operating Officer to run day-to-day operations and accelerate growth across Supply, Demand and Marketplace. You will own the operating system with department goals, KPIs, weekly scoreboards, and P&L discipline to hit the monthly net profit target.

The CEO delegates execution to you as the company scales into new verticals (insurance, loans) while you ensure cross-team collaboration, timely launches, and a direct, outcome-focused leadership style.

Formación

• Experience running operations at a proptech or marketplace with $10M+ annual revenue (hard requirement).
• Strong ability to set and track KPIs, create weekly scoreboards, and drive accountability across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize the operating system of the company: department goals, KPIs, weekly scoreboards, and accountability across Supply, Demand, and Marketplace.
• Lead department heads, ensure cadence, remove blockers, and guard against metric gaming.
• Maintain P&L discipline with unit economics, cost caps, and a path to monthly net profit target.
• Drive cross-team execution for launches involving Supply, Demand, and Product.
• Lead hiring and org design as we scale into new lead verticals (insurance, loans).
