LVMH Group is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Intern to join their vibrant team in Madrid. This role involves recruitment, internship monitoring, and onboarding new trainees while supporting employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or Business, fluency in Spanish and English, and proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel.

Job responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:

• Recruitment, control of internships, job descriptions, publication of vacancies, group dynamics.
• Monitoring of selection processes on the platforms for all interns in the organization.
• Implementation of internship agreements.
• Onboarding of new trainees joining the company.
• Support the Talent team on employer branding tasks. Contact with universities (Career forums, job boards, job fairs, events, etc.)
• Follow-up and update of the recruitment tracker and ATS.
• Reference point for trainees in the organization.
• Carry-out trainees' exit interviews.
• Collaboration and participation in the organization of trainings, events and participation in forums and meetings in Universities and Business Schools.
