Weekendesk busca un/una becario(a) de Contratación para ampliar la oferta hotelera y negociar las mejores ofertas para clientes. Colaborarás con ventas y marketing para expandir el catálogo y asegurar partnerships sólidos.

La persona ideal es estudiante de Turismo, Negocios o Marketing, orientado(a) a ventas, con habilidades de negociación, proactivo(a) y con ganas de aprender en un entorno multicultural en Barcelona.

Formación

• Estudiante de Turismo, Negocios o Marketing con enfoque en ventas y negociación.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y negociación para establecer alianzas.
• Prácticas de 6 meses; disponibilidad a tiempo completo de lunes a viernes.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar benchmarking y crear una base de hoteles alineados con las especificaciones.
• Identificar y incorporar nuevos hoteles y centros de actividad.
• Negociar y colaborar con Marketing para campañas y colaboraciones.
• Planificación del negocio y destinos para mantener la competencia.
• Llamadas en frío para presentar Weekendesk y establecer alianzas duraderas.
• Verificar cumplimiento de acuerdos y revisar contenidos cargados.

Your Role at Weekendesk

As a Contracting Manager Assistant, you’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our Sales and Marketing teams to expand our platform’s hotel offerings and negotiate the best deals for our customers. Your communication and negotiation skills will shine as you build strong business partnerships.

Here’s what your day‑to‑day will look like:

• Benchmarking : Research, qualify, and create a database of new hotels aligned with our specifications.
• Recruiting new partners : Identify and onboard new hotels and activity centers to grow our platform, following our procurement plan.
• Negotiating and collaborating : Work with Marketing to support campaigns, Tourism Office collaborations, and secure attractive packages.
• Business planning : Spot the best destinations, align with the business plan, and keep us competitive.
• Cold calling : Reach out to hotels to pitch Weekendesk and establish lasting partnerships.
• Quality checks : Ensure all agreements comply with our standards and review loaded content for accuracy.
