Metyis is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Barcelona, Spain. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Strategy Consulting, Data & Analytics, Digital Commerce and Technology, working with senior business leaders to shape our growth in Spain and beyond.

With 5+ years in consulting recruitment, you will design proactive sourcing, build strong pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while aligning with our global people strategy.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within consulting, professional services, or high-growth international environments.
• Proven experience hiring for Strategy Consulting, Data & Analytics, and willingness to learn Digital Commerce and Technology.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish talent market and recruitment landscape.
• Experience recruiting for mid-to-senior level consulting profiles, including Associate, Manager, and Senior Manager.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, with both strong presentation and reporting skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English, Catalan language is a plus.

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide talent market insights.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent from consulting firms and technology-focused organisations.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, challenging assumptions and providing recruitment expertise.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in the Spanish market; attend job fairs and conduct talent mapping.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mainly Strategy Consulting, Data & Analytics roles, and additionally, as per business needs also Digital Commerce and Technology, among others, in Spain and potentially also globally.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide talent market insights.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent from consulting firms and technology-focused organisations.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, challenging assumptions and providing recruitment expertise.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in the Spanish market (attend job fairs where needed, conduct talent mapping initiatives etc)
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to improve hiring effectiveness and decision-making.
• Collaborate with the wider Global People Function to continuously enhance recruitment processes and best practices.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within consulting, professional services, or high-growth international environments.
• Proven experience hiring for Strategy Consulting, Data & Analytics, and willingness to learn and recruit Digital Commerce and Technology positions.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish talent market and recruitment landscape.
• Experience recruiting for mid-to-senior level consulting profiles, including Associate, Manager, and Senior Manager level professionals for sectors like Financial Services, Energy & Utilities and FMCG.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently , with both strong presentation and reporting skills.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and experience engaging passive candidates.
• Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written, with Catalan language as good to have.
