IE University in Segovia is seeking a Program Coordinator for its IE Impact Department. The role focuses on supporting academic operations, coordinating with partners, and delivering high-quality learning experiences for IEU students.

You will balance administrative tasks with creative programming in a busy, international academic setting. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree, have 2 years of relevant experience, and are fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Academic operations: coordination with academic partners and internal stakeholders (planning, registrar, IT) to prepare courses (websites, self-enrollment, etc.) and materials for courses, for both students and faculty.
• Administrative operations: tasks include processing expenses, travel arrangements, reimbursements, special payments, etc.
• Participate or attend relevant training to improve overall operations and to contribute to innovative programs.
• Schedule, plan, organize, attend and follow-up on Faculty meetings.
• Provide hands-on and in-person support to faculty online and in person at both campuses.
• Provide academic coordination support to faculty and students for various needs.
• Keep track of and anticipate needs to keep faculty and students informed about key dates, deliverables, etc.
• Support coordination of interns.
• Coordinate summative and formative evaluations throughout the semester and upon the close of semesters/events.
• Plan and organize events on both campuses, in conjunction with Academic Directors, Associate Directors, or Executive Director that serve to promote IE Impact’s mission and learning objectives.
• Liaise with other IE University departments for beyond-the-classroom initiatives, including Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center, Campus Life Clubs, etc
