Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on and versatile professional to join our Iberia team and work closely with the Country Operations Manager across the different areas of the business.

This is not a purely administrative role. The person joining us will initially take ownership of a combination of internal sales, administrative and operational responsibilities, while gaining a broad understanding of how the business works as a whole.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing different hats, taking initiative and finding practical solutions independently. The successful candidate will be expected to support the Country Operations Manager in a wide range of day-to-day business activities and progressively take on greater responsibility as the business develops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate internal sales activities to support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Work closely with the Country Manager on sales planning, commercial strategy and business development.
  • Support dealer management and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with dealers and business partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and areas for improvement within the sales network.
  • Progressively take on greater responsibility in commercial decision-making and sales management.
Business & Administrative Operations
  • Take ownership of key administrative and operational processes, including invoicing, order processing and inventory coordination.
  • Manage and coordinate contracts, agreements and other relevant documentation with dealers and business partners.
  • Ensure that internal processes are completed accurately and efficiently and in line with company policies and local requirements.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Iberia business across different functions.
Process Optimization & Problem Solving
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively propose and implement improvements to sales and operational processes.
  • Help build and improve processes, systems and tools as the business grows.
  • Take a practical, solution-oriented approach to unexpected issues and day-to-day challenges.
  • Be comfortable working in an environment where not every process is already defined and where initiative and common sense are essential.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with the Country Manager as a key day-to-day business partner.
  • Support and coordinate activities across sales, administration, operations and other relevant areas of the business.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the front and back end of the business.
  • Take responsibility for projects and initiatives beyond the traditional boundaries of a single administrative function when required.
  • Manage and help resolve issues involving dealers and customers.
  • Ensure a high level of service and support across the dealer network.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer and partner experience.

This position is designed for someone who wants to grow beyond a traditional administrative role.

The successful candidate will initially gain a broad understanding of the Iberia business by working closely with the Country Operations Manager and taking responsibility for a variety of internal sales, operational and administrative activities.

As the business grows and the person develops within the role, there will be the opportunity to progressively assume greater responsibility within the sales department, including dealer management, commercial planning and sales leadership, with the potential to evolve towards a Sales Manager-level position.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management or a related field.
  • Approximately 3–5 years of professional experience in a sales, business operations, commercial coordination or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage different priorities simultaneously.
  • Commercial mindset and genuine interest in developing a career in sales and business management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is highly valuable.
Personal Attributes
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
  • Self-starter who does not wait for every task or problem to be clearly defined before taking action.
  • Comfortable wearing different hats and working across multiple areas of the business.
  • Resourceful and practical, with a strong ability to find solutions and “make things happen”.
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to start from scratch and grow with the business.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment where processes may need to be created and improved along the way.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ambitious and motivated by the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
