Job summary

TradingView Inc. is seeking a HR Generalist to cover payroll and labor compliance in our Málaga hub during a maternity leave. You will own end-to-end payroll in Spain, manage contracts, benefits, onboarding and offboarding, while ensuring data integrity and compliance with local labor laws.

Fluent in Spanish and English are required; experience with benefits and international employee status is a plus. This role offers a hybrid work model with relocation support and private health insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll procedures.
• Experience managing employee benefits.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (professional level).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with external payroll partner and ensure timely submissions.
• Oversee social security movements, hires, terminations, and contract variations.
• Draft and manage contracts, amendments, and termination letters.
• Administer employee benefits and support annual salary/bonus reviews.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and employee inquiries regarding payslips, taxes, and leave management.
• Support diversity & inclusion processes and HR data reporting.
