Formación

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Previous internship experience in an HR department is a plus.
• Eager to learn and develop skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support in the recruitment process and staff cost.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide administrative support across various HR functions.
• Help monitor and track HR KPIs and dashboards.
• Support on transversal HR projects.
• Collaborate with different departments.

Conocimientos

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proactive and detail-oriented

Good command of English and Spanish

Microsoft Office proficiency

Educación

Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar

Master's degree in Human Resources
