• 2+ years experience as Integration Manager, Implementation Consultant or Technical Account Manager.
• Customer-focused with a structured and proactive work approach.
• Ability to translate between business and technical requirements.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API testing tools.

Responsabilidades

Your role in the team

Be part of our IT Solutions team in Barcelona and help us onboard customers faster and more efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

• Guide and support customers through the integration of our order API

What We Expect From You

• 2+ years experience as Integration Manager, Implementation Consultant or Technical Account Manager
• Customer-focused with a structured and proactive work approach
• Ability to work alongside technical teams and translate between business and technical requirements
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API testing tools (Postman, Bruno, or similar)
• Fluent in English and German, Spanish is a plus
• Eager to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Background in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent experience
