Formación

• 2+ years experience as Integration Manager, Implementation Consultant or Technical Account Manager.
• Customer-focused with a structured and proactive work approach.
• Ability to translate between business and technical requirements.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API testing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and support customers through the integration of our order API.
• Explain API functionality and provide technical guidance to customer development teams.
• Prepare test environments, coordinate UAT sessions and track implementation progress.
• Coordinate release planning and manage crisis communication.
• Support data migrations and system change processes.
• Maintain and improve API documentation.
