devicenow is seeking an AI Expert to shape our AI strategy for a Device-as-a-Service leader with presence in more than 190 countries. You will identify, evaluate, and implement AI use cases across the value chain – from sales and pricing to logistics and lifecycle management, and to our brand's visibility in AI-powered search systems.

• University degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven AI/digitalization project experience with measurable impact.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering; hands-on with AI tools.
• Business-fluent English and executive stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a prioritized AI use-case portfolio with KPIs.
• Design PoCs and scale pilots into day-to-day operations.
• Develop AI-powered solutions for sales processes: lead qualification, proposal support, outbound automation, competitive intelligence.
• Support residual value and pricing modeling through data-driven and ML-based forecasting models.
• Build and monitor GEO performance: measure devicenow's brand presence in generative AI systems and derive concrete actions.
• Select, roll out, and administer AI tools and platforms (including license and cost management).
• Deliver trainings, workshops, and internal communication formats to drive AI adoption.
• Create and maintain AI policies, prompt libraries, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT within the CHG-MERIDIAN Group.
• Provide regular reporting to the Managing Director on progress, value contribution, and risks of AI initiatives

Your role in the team

As AI Expert, you will shape the AI strategy of devicenow – the globally operating Device-as-a-Service provider with a presence in more than 190 countries. Your mission: turn artificial intelligence from a buzzword into a measurable competitive advantage. You will identify, evaluate, and implement AI use cases along the entire DaaS value chain – from sales and pricing to logistics and lifecycle management, all the way to our brand's visibility in AI-powered search systems. You will enable teams to work more productively with AI and ensure that devicenow is recognized as an innovation leader in the DaaS market – both internally and externally.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prioritized AI use-case portfolio with clear business cases and KPIs
• Design and execute pilot projects (PoCs), including scaling successful applications into day-to-day operations
• Develop AI-powered solutions for sales processes: lead qualification, proposal support, outbound automation, competitive intelligence
• Support residual value and pricing modeling through data-driven and ML-based forecasting models
• Build and monitor GEO performance: measure devicenow's brand presence in generative AI systems and derive concrete actions
• Select, roll out, and administer AI tools and platforms (including license and cost management)
• Deliver trainings, workshops, and internal communication formats to drive AI adoption

What We Expect From You

Must-have

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in AI/digitalization, including a demonstrable track record of implementing AI projects with measurable business impact
• Solid understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering; hands‑on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and automation platforms (e.g., Make, n8n, Power Automate)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions – and vice versa
• Experience in stakeholder management up to executive level
• Hands‑on mentality: you build and ship yourself instead of only writing concepts
• Business‑fluent English

Nice-to-have

• Experience in the IT, leasing, DaaS, or subscription industry
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, or API integrations
• Experience with machine learning models (e.g., forecasting, predictive analytics)
• Familiarity with the EU AI Act and AI governance frameworks
• Experience with SEO/GEO or digital brand positioning
