DeviceNow Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager in Barcelona. In this role, you will oversee service delivery and project management, ensuring operational excellence and strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in service delivery or project management and exhibit effective communication skills in English. The position offers a hybrid working model and various employee benefits including health insurance and a competitive salary.

Your role in the team

As a Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager, you support the successful delivery of services and projects for our customers. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you help coordinate customer requests, monitor service performance, and contribute to maintaining high service quality while building strong customer relationships.

Your responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries related to operational and project topics
• Own the service delivery performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for process and service improvements
• Lead project transitions and contribute to a smooth handover into Business As Usual (BAU) operations
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely follow‑up
• Prepare service reports, project updates, and customer presentations
• Maintain documentation and track customer feedback and action items
• Provide day‑to‑day support to customers throughout their service lifecycle

What we expect from you

• 2+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management and/or Customer Project Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Initial experience or strong interest in project management, service delivery, or customer‑facing roles
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Customer‑focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
• German and/or Spanish language skills are considered a strong advantage
