Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking an Integrated Quality Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our integrated management system across quality, safety, environmental, and energy management. You will oversee audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires coordinating with the Site Director and other leaders to align with ISO standards (IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, 14001, 50001) and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, environmental science or related field.
• Master in occupational health and safety, energy management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) per IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
• Lead internal audits and corrective actions across standards.
• Maintain documentation, records and reports to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Drive risk management and regulatory reporting.
• Lead training and development aligned with Wabtec processes.
