Job summary

Starr is a global leader in commercial insurance seeking an Operations & Administrative professional in Spain. You will support bookings, data quality, and reporting across EU offices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with Local Operations, UW Operations, and IT to review controls, process taxes correctly, and maintain production reports. The role requires flexibility in a dynamic hub environment and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in operations/admin (insurance).
• English B2/C1 level.
• German B2–C1 level.
• Experience with policy admin or underwriting systems.
• Prior shared-service or hub experience.

Responsibilities

• Create/validate bookings in policy admin/finance systems per instructions.
• Perform data quality checks and obtain missing info.
• Triage and manage submission inboxes and trackers to meet SLA.
• Conduct QA checks and escalate deviations with UW Ops and IT teams.
• Produce standard and ad-hoc reports in coordination with UW Ops Lead.
• Understand and support Underwriting Process improvements across the branch.
