Santander Insurance is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Lead based in Madrid to drive the strategic development and deployment of AI technologies across insurance value chains. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with the CDAIO and Insurance units to accelerate digital transformation and enhance risk assessment, claims efficiency, and customer engagement.
The role requires strong GenAI/AI/ML expertise, 8+ years in AI/ML, 5+ years in insurance, and leadership capabilities.
Formación
- GenAI/AI/ML experience in insurance is required.
- 8+ years in AI/ML roles with applied problem-solving background.
- 5+ years in Insurance or insurance tech.
- Experience leading large-scale AI programs and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong actuarial concepts, risk modeling, and insurance KPIs.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with Insurance business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI/GenAI use cases across the insurance value chain.
- Design and deploy AI-powered solutions to improve ratios and customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams in AI solution design and integration.
- Oversee development, validation, and monitoring of ML models.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and data privacy standards.
- Drive AI research, prototyping, and collaboration with external partners.
