Banco Santander SA is seeking an AI Governance Specialist in Madrid to design and operate the group’s AI governance model, oversee governance bodies, and maintain a global use-case inventory.

You will coordinate risk assessments across Business, Legal, Risk, and Tech teams, and define KPIs with governance reporting for senior management. Hybrid work in Madrid with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of governance, risk or internal control experience.
• Degree in engineering, mathematics, business or law or similar.
• Fluent in English.
• Solid experience in governance bodies and risk frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI governance and risk frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, OECD AI Principles, OWASP).

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and evolve Santander's AI governance model.
• Coordinate AI governance bodies with agendas, materials and follow-up.
• Maintain global inventory of AI use cases with lifecycle accuracy.
• Define and coordinate AI risk assessments across teams.
• Create KPIs and AI governance reporting for senior management.
• Act as a coordination point across Business, Data & AI, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams.
• Define KPIs and prepare AI Governance reporting for senior management.
