Job summary

TTI Europe in Barcelona is seeking an ambitious Internal Sales representative to develop customer relationships and manage the full sales process from quotation to delivery. You will provide telephone and email-based support to a defined customer portfolio after onboarding, helping to grow our business.

You will build professional, trustworthy relationships to become the preferred long-term partner for customers, while expanding your sales territory with field colleagues and coordinating orders

Qualifications

• Active, customer-focused selling is your strength and passion.
• Initial experience in an internal sales or sales support role is preferred.
• You are service-oriented and known for professional, reliable communication with customers.
• Fluent in Spanish; good verbal and written English are advantageous.
• Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• After onboarding, provide telephone- and mail-based support to a defined customer portfolio.
• Continuously build professional and trusting customer relationships to become the preferred long-term partner.
• Systematically develop your own sales territory with field sales colleagues.
• From preparing quotations to coordinating deliveries and order follow-up, ensure successful orders with the customer service team.
