ROHDE & SCHWARZ GmbH & Co. KG in Madrid is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist the service sales process. You will prepare quotations, manage CRM data, qualify leads, and support events with coordination of demo units.

The role focuses on customer service, pipeline reporting, and collaboration with channel partners to drive sales performance. You will interact with customers to explain status and escalations and ensure accurate data for the Sales team.

Formación

• Experience in service sales support and quotations.
• Proficient with CRMs and data management.
• Strong communication with customers and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare on-demand service quotations.
• Create and manage materials via ticket system.
• Assist automatic lead generation initiatives.
• Track customer equipment calibrations and repairs.
• Submit capacity and escalation queries to Service center.
• Provide status information to customers about equipment.
• Support service escalations.
• Support channel partners management.
• Lead management: qualify leads and assign to Sales.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
• Clean and maintain CRM customer data.
• Sales reporting and pipeline analysis.
• Support events with Demo Unit coordination.

Descripción del empleo

• Support the overall service sales process:
  • Prepare and submit to Customers on-demand service sales quotations.
  • Creation and management of new material through Ticket management process. (GRPL / GTL Alignment)
  • Support to the Automatic Lead Generation Initiative (Obsolescence management, Automatic contract renewals, Warranty extensions,…)
  • Keep track of Customer equipment calibrations and repair jobs to keep the Sales team informed.
  • Submit queries to the Service center regarding capacity, availability, escalations, etc.
  • Customer service: provide information to Customer’s basic inquiries on the status of their equipment.
  • Service Scalations
• Support to Channel Business Partners Management
• Lead Management: qualify Leads and assign them to Sales. May act as first Sales Lead contact.
• Conduct Customer satisfaction surveys
• Clean and maintain Customer database in the Company CRM
• Sales Reporting: Analyze sales metrics and handle pipeline / POS reporting, to measure sales performance.
• Support Customer events with Demo Units coordination
