Nippon Sanso Europe is seeking an Innovation Intern to be based in Madrid, European Headquarters. You will join the European Innovation team reporting to the Innovation Director and work on evaluating new technologies and opportunities across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities include research, preparing updates, collaborating with diverse teams, and helping organize innovation events across Europe. Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical discipline.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint.
• Familiarity with AI and digital productivity tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar).
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

The Innovation Intern will be based in Madrid, European Headquarters, and will be part of the European Innovation team, reporting to the Innovation Director.

Main Responsibilities

The selected intern will support the Europe Innovation Team in identifying, evaluating, and advancing innovation opportunities across different line of businesses including electronics, industrial gases, healthcare, engineering, and others.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the evaluation of new technologies, startups, research partners, and innovation ecosystems.
• Conducting market, technology, and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports and management updates.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, technical, scientific, and digital experts.
• Helping organize innovation events and networking activities.
• Supporting innovation projects and strategic initiatives across Europe.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in: Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Basic knowledge of:Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Microsoft collaboration Suite (Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint)
• AI and digital productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar)
• Fluent English. Additional European languages are a plus.
