Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Barcelona (hybrid) to install, commission, maintain, and repair customer equipment at on-site locations and provide remote technical support. The role requires strong electrical/electromechanical knowledge and the ability to communicate in English, with travel to customer sites as needed.

You will handle escalations, document service activities, and train customers on operation and basic maintenance, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• English proficiency, native or fluent; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams; solid knowledge of electrical/electronic systems.
• Strong hands-on technical skills with engineering mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze complex machine behavior and develop advanced troubleshooting solutions.
• Experience with field service, maintenance, or technical support in electromechanical environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site service via work orders: install, commission, maintain and repair customer equipment.
• Provide remote technical support and manage escalations, including L1 analysis and advanced troubleshooting.
• Handle multiple escalations in parallel, meeting SLA targets and minimizing upward escalation.
• Document service activities, produce technical reports, and train customers on operation and basic maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate service delivery in English; additional languages a plus.
• Demonstrate flexibility to travel and work at customer sites.
