Job summary
Aurora Live in Barcelona is seeking a hands-on Sales Team Manager for our Manufacturing & Industrial Unit. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, stay close to the sales process, and drive revenue by influencing strategic opportunities and close participation in key deals.

Qualifications
- B2B sales experience across the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing).
- Proven leadership or coaching of a sales team (SDR/BDR or similar).
- Bilingual-level German or French and fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing & Industrial markets and senior stakeholder relations.
- Ability to build business cases and navigate complex B2B negotiations.
- Data-driven mindset with KPI, pipeline, and forecast ownership.
- Hands-on leadership style with willingness to engage in customer-facing activities.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve sales execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop your team through 1:1s, onboarding, and coaching.
- Participate in customer conversations, support negotiations, and close deals.
- Own team KPIs, pipeline, forecasting, and performance improvement.
- Mentor team members to sharpen sales skills and achieve targets.
- Support new business development and expand relationships in the vertical.
