FedEx is seeking an Industrial Engineer in Europe to analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end processes across functions, driving productivity and operational excellence. You will partner with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business teams to shape scalable solutions.

The role focuses on process mapping, business analysis, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and service delivery within a regulated, multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's/MSc in Industrial/Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Process Engineering, BPM, or Transformation programs.
• Proven ability to map, analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience in regulated environments with governance and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Recommend, lead and execute business analysis plans for new and existing projects.
• Produce BPM flows and develop SOPs/job aids.
• Identify opportunities for innovations, automation, and productivity gains.
• Own initiatives and drive them to successful conclusions.
• Lead European projects from start to finish with business case development and execution.
• Maintain partnerships with IT, Operations, Finance and Regulatory.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs.
