FedEx is seeking a Planning & Engineering Business Analyst to join GTS Europe, focusing on analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes to drive efficiency and service excellence across Operations, Technology, Regulatory, and Compliance teams.

The role involves gathering requirements, supporting UAT, and partnering with IT and business stakeholders. It offers a hybrid work model, travel opportunities across Europe, and strong career development within a global logistics leader.

Formación

• Strong analytical thinking and communication across functional groups.
• Willingness to travel 25% or more to FedEx locations in Europe.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Preferably MBA or related master's and BA certificate or willing to study.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, validate and document detailed business needs, user stories, and functional specifications
• Evaluate business requests against corporate strategy
• Handover requirements to development teams
• Support UAT and assist with change management
• Recognize and recommend opportunities for innovations
• Take ownership of initiatives and drive them independently
• Maintain close partnerships with IT, Operations and Regulatory
• Engage with all levels of business stakeholders to identify business needs
