FedEx Senior Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing, mapping, and redesigning end-to-end processes with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business teams. You will drive productivity, efficiency, and service excellence by implementing scalable, future-ready solutions.

• 5+ years in Process Engineering, BPM, Continuous Improvement or Transformation programs.
• Experience mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
• Proven improvements in productivity, cycle times, quality, and customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end business processes to improve productivity.
