FedEx is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead within Global Trade Services in Europe to accelerate a Data, Automation, and AI-driven transformation across the network. You will partner with business leaders, operations, and technology teams to identify opportunities and drive initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and performance.

• Experience leading business transformation and digital transformation programs.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 25%).

Responsabilidades

• Lead digital transformation initiatives to evolve GTS into a Data, Automation & AI-driven organization.
• Develop and execute the Global Trade Services digital transformation roadmap across Europe.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Automation Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, Operations Teams, and IT partners to translate needs into initiatives.
• Communicate transformation vision, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
