FedEx invites you to join the GTS Europe Planning & Engineering team as a Planning & Engineering Business Analyst. You will partner with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance and Business teams to analyze, redesign and optimize business flows, driving productivity and service excellence.

This high-impact role shapes scalable, future-ready solutions aligned with strategic goals, streamlining workflows and elevating customer experience.

Formación

• Gather, validate and document detailed business needs, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Evaluate business requests and needs against the corporate strategy.
• Hand-over requirements to development teams.
• Support user-acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with change management.
• Recognize and recommend opportunities for innovations.
• Take ownership of initiatives and work independently to successful conclusion.
• Maintain close partnerships with collaborating departments e.g. IT, Operations and Regulatory.
• Engage with all levels of business stakeholders to identify business needs.
