WeRoad is seeking a Sales and Customer Care Assistant for Spain, based in Madrid, to drive lead generation and close sales within a fast-paced, dynamic team. You will interact with WeRoaders across phone, Facebook, Instagram, Zendesk, WhatsApp, and more, guiding them to book unforgettable trips while maintaining a clean sales pipeline and collecting required travel documents.

• Enrolled in a university or master's program; curricular internship is mandatory.
• Ability to meet monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills across multiple channels (phone, social media, Zendesk, WhatsApp).

Responsabilidades

• Hunt and convert leads through various channels.
• Meet established sales targets.
• Serve as main contact for WeRoaders across primary sales channels (Phone, Facebook, Instagram, Zendesk, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track customer interactions.
• Provide tailored adventure recommendations to customers seeking booking support.
• Collect required passenger documents (ID, driving licence, passport) and data for travel insurance.
• Ensure final payments are made on time.
